Founded in 2000, Compass Box is on a mission to make the world of Scotch whisky a more interesting place. From their Blending Room in London, they continue to explore the limitless possibilities of flavor. Different to a distiller, more than a blender, they consider themselves "Scotch Whiskymakers." When we tried their whiskies at an industry dinner last year, they blew away the competition. 

Nick Fondaw from Winebow will be your guide on this tasting, which we know will be truly special. If you love Scotch or know someone who does, don't miss this evening. Friday Night Flight: Piedmont Wines

Just west of Milan lies Italy's most prestigious wine growing region, Piedmont. Lying at the foot of the Italian Alps, the region is the ancestral home to a number of varieties including Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo. We will be joined by Tom Loup of Vino Veritas, fresh off leading a tour of the area, who will pour the wines and discuss the producers and history of these historic vineyards. Nosh on a charcuterie board and drink at your own pace. This is an open-house style tasting. Admission is $25 in advance or at the door if space is remaining. $5 off your purchase of a featured wine. 10% off when you buy six bottles.
