When Richard and Joan started Lark Market at the height of the pandemic in 2020, they decided to bring products to the Janesville market that they had to travel to Madison and elsewhere to find. We work with local companies like Bushel & Peck's, Dreamfarm goat cheese, Decatur Dairy, Potter's Crackers, Salvatore's Tomato Pies, Stella's Bakery, Siren Shrubs, and Bittercube because they make great products and they're great people. We also stock the widest selection of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream because we think it's the best.

When it comes to wine and spirits, we look for a balance between the familiar and the more unique bottles produced by smaller distilleries and wineries from around the country and the world. We have personally selected every bottle we sell and love to turn people on to new taste experiences. We also carry an extensive selection of the best cocktail mixers available.
