The ruby/purple-hued 2019 California Merlot is a medium-bodied, juicy, elegant, nicely perfumed Merlot with plenty of cedary, almost Christmas spice-like character as well as more blue fruits and a touch of flowers. It’s nicely made and certainly enjoyable.
