
Saint-Amour is the northern most village of Beaujolais and the “Côte de Bresset” lieu dit is located to the far northwest. Full carbonic with 10 days of maceration and 6 months in stainless provide a fresh window into the fruit. Clean and minerally with a wet concrete aroma, red apple skins, cranberry, raspberry, cherry, and dried flowers. The light and silky texture transforms into bolder dark fruits on the finish flashing small amounts of earth, tannins, and acidity.
