This is just a beautiful tequila. Subtle, distinctive, 100 percent blue agave distilled by Melly Barajas at her small distillery in Valle de Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. She rests the twice-distilled silver tequila in Jack Daniels barrels for eight months before filtering and bottling. The beautiful bottles are hand blown with recycled Mexican glass at a small shop about an hour from the distillery. This is a round, herbaceous tequila that's great for both sipping and cocktails. 750 ml
