
This is a gorgeous single malt whiskey is smooth and approachable, but full of flavor. It's crafted in the cognac region of France on a third-generation farm/distillary where they also grow the two types of heirloom barley used. This is truly a "gateway" whiskey for those unsure of brown spirits. It's aged in Limousin Oak barrels and cognac casks for a minimum of six years. The whisky has perfumed fruit and French patisserie aromas with creamy and complex sugar notes of rich creme brûlée and burnt caramel. On the palate: notes of banana, tropical fruits, and warm spices like cinnamon and clove.
